VINEGAR - all rounder of kitchen

I had a bottle of vinegar @ my home. I seldom use it. Recently I came 2 know that Vinegar creates wonders in kitchen indeed. I'll share some of the interesting facts about vinegar.

• There are times we may fed up of Ants @ home. To get rid of this, clean that area with a cloth dipped in vinegar.

• When u hard boil the egg in water, add a table spoon of vinegar. So that the egg shells will not break while boiling

• If u add a little vinegar to the chicken pieces while cooking, makes the chicken pieces cook fast. Not only that, this gives a yummy flavour to your dish.

• The vegetables retain its green color if you add a few drops of vinegar to the water, which You use to cook the vegetables. 

• If the vegetables lose its freshness, add one table spoon of vinegar to 2 cups of water and soak the vegetables in this water. It retains the freshness

• Vinegar acts as a cleaning agent. If u have plates/bowls, which were too dirty; use water mixed with some vinegar, to clean.

• If the stinky smell of fish/ meat still exist even if you wash your hand, vinegar is the right choice. Mix it with some water and then wash off your hands.

• Add a few drops of vinegar to the water which you use to clean cauliflower and leafy vegetables. This kills the germs.
